This place is terrible. There are many other mechanics in town, shop around before going here! Here's my story- ball joint on my truck was out, and I took it to them. They quoted me 500-700$ (I forgot the exact amount). After getting a quote from another shop, I found that it was half the price. I called McNeals and asked him if I was missing something, if I misunderstood or if they offered something different (quality of part or whatever). He cursed me out told me to get my vehicle. Once at the shop he continued to curse me out, dropping F words and being very hostile. I was calm and polite throughout the ordeal (and before) and was totally taken aback. Sorry I'm not going to pay you double! This guy is a lose cannon. Stay away.

Mike and his guys are absolutely hands-down the best in Durango for any car service! They are very knowledgeable and professional! McNeals took my Jeep repair seriously and they will not install just any part. But the right parts. You guys are the best. I wont go anywhere else! Is you need anything go see McNeals
