Love love love their food. We went one summer to Durango and ate at the 11st station. Fell in love with their ramen. The absolute BEST that we've ever had! We've been trying to go back but your truck was closed. Then we saw that you left! And I found you! I tried asking 11st station but they said they didn't know if you were still in business and tried having me try a new truck they had. Hell no! Love your food!

I loved the concept of the 11th St Station, but never expected the food to be this good. I only wish I had been hungrier! I tried the Crispy Tuna because I was instantly sold on the deep fried rice cake, and it was the best sushi-ish thing I've had in so long, the people next to me probably got an earful if my mmmmmmms! I am not from Durango, but am already trying to plan a stop on our way back from Telluride. I can't wait to try more from them!

I survived off Manny's Tonkasu ramen for 2 months. I would die for good ramen and it's been impossible to find since moving here...that is until I found Manny's. Not only is their ramen out of this world, so is everything else on the menu. The Poke is killer, so fresh and always delicious. The Pork Steamed Buns melt in your mouth and are packed with flavor. The Brussel Sprouts, you've never had veggies this good. This is just to name a few! They are fast and flavor forward, definitely stop by Manny's!
