I called these guys who did come out to work on some equipment.  The labor and parts were only talked about. I got their invoice today and it was over 3500 dollars. they added 90 dollars for drive time both ways on top of a .90cent per mile. this was never disgusted  with them. I asked for a quote and never got one to start when they got here the first time i asked for the quote and was told they would email it to me. They never did. I also had to show the how to use the controls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM NOR WILL I EVER CALL THEM AGIN AND YES WE STILL HAVE A SMALL LEAK.

I needed my rational oven repaired for our business, and they were the closest rational certified service available. It was a simple error message that needed to be addressed. My bad for not getting a real good quote other than they would charge $.90 per mile. By the time they finished with me, I also had to replace the control board, bring them back to finish and fix what they didn't get the first 2 times, and now it is still not working properly. When I complained about the $3500 invoice, they were very snarky and unprofessional. When the technician arrived the first day, he asked my staff how to turn on the machine...does that tell you something? I would never use them again, and I suggest very strongly that if you have a rational you don't either unless you want to fix things that were not broken to begin with.

Jamie Walden: Since you mentioned having utilized many repair and maintenance companies for your commercial camp, why did you call us? Why not those other folks? We showed up on time and diagnosed your range-- It's a very old unsupported piece of equipment from Garland. No model or serial number. We were given symptoms of 1) not firing, 2) pilot issues, 3) oven fickle and being contrary. We took pics and came to shop and researched and called factory techs about this range. Parts no longer available-- They said, "unsupported, recommend range be replaced, dangerous to use or repair". We called and passed this information to your people. We received no return call. We then billed your facility. 2-hrs round trip travel @ $90 each = $180, 1.25-hrs testing and research and phone calls @ $90 each = $112.50, 84-miles round trip @.90 each = $75.60 for a total of $368.10. Sir, I take great pride in our services which we have been doing for over 30-years. We have thousands of happy, satisfied customers. Our services are not free. Our techs are trained and advise our customers when it's time to repair or replace their equipment. Yours needs to be replaced, as per the factory, for the protection of your facility and your customer base. You had the option of calling our office and talking about your personal concerns. However, you chose to take the cowards way using liable slander to your personal advantage. A very un-Christian act. A very un-Marine act. But a self-motivated act. Performed in a public forum where we have not options for explanation or defense. Only an attempt at you destroying someone. Again, you are a coward and a bad example of Christian life. You have been preaching so long you have forgotten how to listen or ask questions. I'm very sad for you. Saying you're a Christian does not make you a Christian-- Your actions make you a user of Christianity. Again, very sad for you.

Roc's Maintenance & Repair operates one of the most suspect business dealings I have encountered.  As a commercial camp, we have utilized many repair and maintenance companies, but never with such an unconventional, exploitative business model.   They invoiced a bill of just under $400 USD for evening submitting an estimate.  Their "diagnosis" was simply that they weren't interested in fixing it, but had no problem invoicing our Camp for nearly $400.  I would avoid a company with a business model as suspect as Roc's Maintenance and Repair.  They have the presumptive ability to "estimate" and invoice businesses and homeowners without ever even completing any work and working towards solutions that in the best interest of their customers.
