        Although I appreciate their commitment to no plastic. Still way overpriced. They are building a new liquor store further up Park. Hopefully that one will be less expensive. Even for glass.

        Ive been coming to the store on and off for years. I have always enjoyed the staff as well as their selection of drinks. I now live around the corner and I truly enjoy my interactions with the staff and their ever-growing selection of craft beer. If I can rate this place a 10 out of 5 I would in a heartbeat

      Hi Bachy,We pride ourselves on our great customer service and we are sorry to hear you felt mistreated. We always have staff on the sales floor to help customers find what they are looking for and make suggestions. We do keep our attention to all customers in the shop for customer service and security reasons but we don't assume someone is shoplifting and do not profile anyone. Sorry if it felt like someone was following you but I assure you our intent is to serve, not to "treat you like a child"Our downtown location sees a lot of fake ID's and other ID issues so our staff is trained to be diligent. We have to be strict to stay compliant with the very strict Colorado liquor laws and keep alcohol out of the hands of minors. Our pricing strategy helps us support our staff with a fair wage and support our smaller producers & distributor partners. We think this translates to a better shopping experience with our knowledgeable and service-oriented staff and well maintained shop. When you shop with us we hope you can feel good about supporting our staff and a local economy over the big-box & grocery stores whose business strategy is to undercut locally owed bottle shops.We appreciate your support and hope to serve you again.
