    I expect big corporations to have terrible customer service. However this local business proudly announces that it's a "family-owned" business. As a small business owner myself, that's why I called them to get my blind repaired. I sent them pictures of the blind and they agreed they could repair it in my house for $150. I called multiple times over the course of the following week to schedule the repair but kept being told Ashley who does the repairs was out in the field. I was told by Jo last Friday that Ashley would call me back that day when she got in at 9:30 (BTW, Jo was very nice), yet no return call. I called again this morning on Monday (my fifth call in a week). The older man (assuming the owner) was shockingly rude. He stated "First of all, Ashlee is out in the field. Second, we can't even tell you whether you're blind can be fixed." He was literally angred by my bothering him even though on previous messages I had said if they're too busy to make the repair just tell me so I can find someone else. Does he treat everyone condescendingly or only women? You're in the business of fixing blinds! Yet, you're angry that I want you to possibly fix my blind and I'm willing to pay you to do this? The final topper to our conversation was he then said he'd schedule the repair himself! If he can schedule repairs with Ashley himself then why didn't he do it a week ago when I first spoke to him? I called a different company today who was not only extremely friendly but I am scheduled for them to come out and fix the blinds immediately. Why would I give a penny to this guy's business that treats their customers so terribly?

    Cherry creek shades did a great job helping me upgrade and replace my broken blinds. Doug was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. He came to my house, took measurements, brought samples so I could look at them in my own home, and helped me pick out shades Im really happy with. Ultimately I paid just a little more than I would have paid trying to measure and order custom blinds online on my own, and it was worth it for the expert advice and installation. Everything went really smoothly with no hassle at all. I would definitely recommend Doug and his team at Cherry Creek Shades! Before and after pic:
