We would highly recommend working with this company. Marcus Samberg was very responsive, professional, and worked around our busy schedule. We had issues with our previous front door having all sorts of air gaps, and Marcus did an excellent job at fixing the issues and replacing our door threshold. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Devon Tilly was so responsive and professional. I had many questions that he didn't mind answering with no pressure. I also had a simple need that he immediately addressed which was over and above the typical service level of most vendors! They offer various products and services to fit the need and customization of customers. My windows are superb, and some required very detailed sizing and installation. I would highly recommend this company over others.

I wasted a week of mine and my customers time trying to get quote from these guys. They said they would give me a quote in 24-48hrs and I never heard back. I called back and they once again said they would help and didnt. I called a third time and than was told that they wont help me with the pocket door I needed. They than sent me to another company that did not answer. Massive waste of time and energy spent trying to literally hand them business. I feel that they could have just told me the first time but instead I get ignored for a week and it made me look bad to my customers. Not cool.

Our living room faces a busy street and the windows were 20 years old--noisy and cold. Mountain View Window and Door replaced 10 windows. Throughout the process (measuring, estimating, clearing with HOA, installing, cleaning up), the Mtn View people were professional, response and great to work with!
