I want to tell you about the positive experiences I have had with Diana, the owner of Jeannie’s Wig Boutique over the four years I have known her. Losing your hair can be an emotionally trying experience, but as soon as I walked into Diana’s shop and spoke with the owner, I felt assured I would find a solution that would work for me. Diana treated me with kindness, respect, and provided several solutions that would help me live more confidently, despite my hair loss. I have learned a great deal from her, and she has always been honest that the most expensive option is not always the right one for you. I have grown to trust her judgement, and have bought a number of hairpieces over the years. She is also an excellent wig styler, taking the time necessary to work with you, and the hairpiece to get it just right. Diana cares about her work, and is 100% professional. I have know Diana for more than 10 years. She is always honest and a wonderful person. I have been unable to see her for a couple of years, and when I walked in to her shop, it was as if I never left. As usual I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several styles I had forgotten her personnel touch. I found a wig and was blown away by it. She would never let me leave her shop if I wasn't 100% happy. I WAS!! Thank you Diana for always being honest with me and making me look good and feel wonderful. Sherri Marshall.

Diana, the owner is very professional, and very personable. She is also a professional con-woman. Don't ever let her talk you into a lay-away. She wrote up a lay-away contract and then sold the wig I had in lay-away a week later. Asked for my money back but she wouldn't refund money even though she broke the contract. Said she the wig wasn't paid for, so she could sell it to anyone she pleased , but she would order me another wig. Ordered another wig, I guess, there was nothing to indicate it was new, but it wasn't the same wig. Plus I had put another wig on the lay-away and you can't believe what a pile of junk it is. She switched this one in the shop. Looks like a plug of hair is missing at the front hairline. Didn't catch on to the switch until I got home and tried the wig on. Spent over $ $300 . What a waste. Reported her to the BBB, of course she is not a member. If they don't do something I'm going sue. That's too much money to be cheated out of.SO DISAPPOINTED, like Diana. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
