The sweets (Baklava and Kunafe) arrived in a beautifully wrapped box which was further plastic sealed inside. They are delicious, aromatic, and honey-sweet but not intense or overpowering. The quality and freshness of the nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) are refreshing. The pastry was crisp and thin. Each bite offered a balance of gooey and crunchy and left my family wanting more. The only negative is that it is ADDICTIVE, so it took much discipline to stop. Having lived in the Middle East, I have my share of this Mediterranean delight, which is undoubtedly one of the top pastries I have sampled. UPS lost my first order, so I emailed after-sales service, who responded promptly by sending a replacement excellent customer service.
