Very clean and nice facility. The front staff were a little rude. We didnt have robes in our rooms for After the float as described so I changed back into my own clothes and went out to the front desk to ask for one because we were hoping to go back and use the relaxation room. The response I received with asking was if I really needed one because it didnt seem like it would be worth it since I had already changed. Just came off as rude and not very customer service friendly.

Went for my first float today. I have to say I was a bit anxious about the whole experience. Up on arrival I was greeted by Dana who put my mind at ease. I took her recommendations and the whole experience was magical. She was very knowledgeable about all the services offered and they were all presented without a high pressure pitch. I will definitely be returning to float again while trying some of the other services. The Cryo has definitely piqued my interest.

I just floated for the first time on my birthday. Wow. It is like going to another planet. It was the most unique experience I've had in a while. Tara is all that and a bag of chips. She makes the experience even better, so welcoming and calming. Kudos

I recently visited Vive Float Studio with my team for a work retreat, and it was the best floating experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Andi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful guiding us through each service. What I think really sets Vive apart is the cleanliness and quality of their facilities and equipment. Unlike other studios I've been to, where the setting/atmosphere can sometimes feel neglected, Vive clearly considers every aspect of the customer experience. The relaxation room provided a tranquil space for unwinding between services, each room was perfectly tailored to it's specific use, and everything (towels, robes, shoes, showers, etc.) felt fresh and clean. Even the float tanks themselves with pitched roofs to avoid condensation drip, reflect the attention to detail that goes into a place like this. My team and I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful to Andi and the Vive team for orchestrating an incredible experience. It was a perfect way to kick off the new year with a reset and renewed focus.

I had an amazing experience on Saturday with VIVE! I was in town for work and through that gig we were gifted a mini spa session which included for me and my husband both cryotherapy and halotherapy. Not only were the therapies incredible, the owner and her staff are actual humans who care. They were present and patient answering any and all questions. Including when I asked how I could help treat my discoloration on my face. I wish I could remember the 3 amazing staff I interacted with because they deserve their flowers. Thank you so much VIVE for a day I will always remember which may be more healing than the therapies themselves!!! I wish I lived closer, I'd be a regular!
