I love the light lounge! The staff (Gunner and Savannah) are both super friendly and knowledgeable about red light therapy. I go 3-4 times a week and have noticed improvements in my muscle recovery post-workout and my overall health. Plus I find it very relaxing as well. Ive also noticed healing from injuries Ive had with my shoulder, neck, and back. Ive done two sessions that targeted my lower back with the handheld device and my back is feeling better. I love the convenience of being able to do a walk in appointment and come in after hours with the key fob. I would definitely recommend!

I have symptoms of long Covid. Since starting red light therapy I have seen a significant improvement in symptoms. The facility is clean and the owners are fantastic. I highly recommend.

Very nice experience, calming and warm and with consistent sessions it does help my arthritis pains.

Light Lounge has been a wonderful additional to my daily and weekly recovery routine! The facility is so clean and calming, and the owners are friendly and welcoming. I look forward to red light as a way to unwind and relax from the day knowing it is helping with so many different parts of my recovery. I recently had several sports related injuries and they have healed much quicker than in the past before starting red light!
