A friend recommended Wax & Lash to me, and Im so glad she did! Ive not been disappointed. Clean, professionalsuch a great space. Ellen is fantastic! Shes kind and thoughtful, and great at what she does (the best, actually)! Shes the first person I found who would thread. Highly recommend.

The service was ok. But I have an emotional support dog that I usually bring with me. Girls at wax & leash are so nice, sometimes bring him a water bowl and definitely pets. Today it was a hotter day than I expected and I had to stop with him cause I came to get my wax right after his vets appointment. I was told the owners didnt allow dogs inside. It was so hot that he was whining and walking weird cause his paws were burning. The floor in their patio was so hot cause I touched it and it burned. There was no empathy at all to my dogs suffering. I couldnt cancel my appointment cause I was gonna get charged. I had to ask the bar next door if my dog could wait there cause leaving him in the car would be abuse. I never had this issue before cause as I said they used to be pet friendly! I dont think I will go back to this place even without my dog, as they didnt care at all about this situation.
