Beware. If something goes wrong they do not call back. We thought they were great, however, there is a problem with their workmanship and after repeated attempts to reach them, they have completely ignored our calls.

Have used Relion twice for leaking pipes, and have enjoyed working with them. Very nice, reliable people. I've used other companies in the past, and Relion has been far greater to work with. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

We had flooding in our basement after a storm and I spoke with many companies to try to get someone over quickly. Most of the companies were abrupt or quoted me something ridiculous without really hearing what I had to say. When I spoke Rich (the owner) over the phone, he was honest and polite and came over promptly to look things over. Right away, I felt like this was the company to do business with. They were able to come in right away and get started on the cleanup. Everyone I dealt with over the next few days was courteous and efficient. They even kept the machines in for another couple of days at no charge to make sure that everything was dry and clean. They even worked with us on the bill afterwards. I can't say enough about my experience with Relion. And I know who to call the next time I have an emergency at the house. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
