Could not more pleased about Mike and his team. Hands down the best restoration company around. We had a water pipe break and Mike came out within 2 hours of us calling. He was respectful, wore a mask and was very professional. He knew exactly what he was talking about. I love that he had multiple tools to tell us exact what was going on. He had an infrared camera (which other companies did not have), a moisture meter, which we was transparent about the reading and moisture levels (where other companies were not). Mike sat down with me and discussed options, he was not pushing services on me or making me feel like I had to purchase unnecessary services (like other companies did). Other benefits: - Always on time (witching the service window) - pricing was transparent - he cleaned up and left very little mess - honest - patient with all my questions - friendly and professional. I hope to never have to use him again (haha) but IF disaster hits, he will be the first person we call. I definitely recommend Best Option Restoration! UPDATE: we thought we had a water leak in our wall and Best Option came out and ran a thermal report to see if they could find and moisture. Thankfully they didnt but they were quick to help and come over and help. Thanks you!!!
