Terrible service and bad customer service I'm going to cancel my service and find another company i use this for years and it used to be really good not anymore

The guys who pick up the trash each week and the guys who pick up the recycling every other week are great! They make sure the container is emptied, they're reliable, and they're friendly. I really appreciate their work ethic and responsibility! Services: Waste recycling, Trash removal & disposal

Waste Connections took over the original company and since then our price of service has more than doubled from $90 to $202 now. When asked they blame it on fuel prices. I thought diesel was reasonable again but the bill creeps up every billing cycle. Then I get a text stating they will no longer pick up extra bags out side of container, which WAS 3 and kind of justified the price but now they will no longer do that, the day before service. When called about the inconvenience there is nothing you can do to make it right?!? Mind blown that the price keeps going up but the service is less and worse. Cancelled service to go with one my neighbors picked up after Waste Connections took over. Super bummed to end service after this many years for POOR policies and customer service.
