Sploot Veterinary Care - 9+CO

Took my dog there for vaccinations. The staff was very sweet! I was in and out in about 40 minutes.

I took my cat here a few months ago and the entire experience has been disappointing to say the least. When I first went in after making an appointment, I was about 10 minutes early incase I had to fill out paper work. The person working at the front didnt come out until about 15/20 minutes after my cats scheduled appointment and had the audacity to basically look at me like what are you doing here? They were so rude for the entirety of our encounter and I almost walked out thinking if this is the face of the company how much better can the care be? Well I still decided to stay for the visit due to me driving all the way out there I thought hopefully the visit itself would go better and it surprisingly it was. I had Dr. Sciandra. She was sweet and seemed to care (deceiving) my cat is a 2x cancer survivor and had a lump on her belly again. Dr. Sciandra sent a sample to the lab and it came back negative, but still suggested that we remove it like I said, this was months ago. I havent heard anything. Ive received texts from a person named Lauren saying she wasnt in the office, on vacation or some other excuse. I love my cat very much and just want her to have the best care and Im only posting this so that people who also love their animals dont waste their time and just find another vet. I just moved to Colorado and I was looking for a vet for my dog Atreus. I was looking around for weeks/months and I couldnt seem to find a vet that just felt right for me till I found Sploot I took my dog in with my husband and it was so clean and absolutely incredible. The front staff were so sweet and when I met our vet tech/veterinarian I was so impressed. They treated my puppy with kindness and respect and even gave him so much love and he was soaking it all up! They even texted me to ask about updates for him and see how he was doing. Going over pricing they made sure to give me options that fit my budget and also told me some alternative options as well. I appreciate Sploot so much and will definitely also be bringing my cats here too. Thank you so much for everything!
