I bought a 2012 Rav 4 February 2023 and the experience was great. Having had the two times I did buy from a dealer ship not great at all. I was treated with very well, my questions answered and they where professional. I really like the Rav I bought from Carzone better than the one it replaced.

First of all, I'm an over the road truck driver. I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra from Car Zone. This was done entirely remotely. It was a lengthy process. The customer service I got from Shirin was great! She was fully transparent about the history of this truck. I traded a 2021 Bronco Sport that didn't suit my needs anymore. I am in need of a truck, that's also less expensive. I had a friend test drive it. Then had a pre-purchase inspection done at a very reputable Toyota specialist shop. Car Zone even took the Tundra there for the inspection. Then I had my brother also look at the truck. All was good! After what seemed like dozens of emails. Between Shirin at Car Zone and my local credit union. The transaction was finally done. It took 9 days to finish everything. But that's ok. I'm not going to be home to even see it and drive it for 2 more weeks. Needless to say time was not an issue to get this trade in done. I would definitely recommend Car Zone. Especially for out of town buyers. On my initial call with Shirin. She said she had handled several other sales with out of state buyers, and she'd be able to get the deal done. For a "smaller" car lot/dealership. They're definitely worth a look at for a used car or truck or SUV. Thanks for everything Shirin! FYI. This is not a bought and paid for review.

I drive a lot and so have bought many cars from many dealers from diffrent states... this dealership is hands down the best dealership I know. Great cars, priced as if you're buying from your friend/a private seller who are willing to give you a great deal. Small, trustworthy, negotiable, family owned and operated... better than carvana
