        Today Amazon driver in a Fluid Truck (rental) Virginia plate #UC12137 delivers packages then gets out of truck and urinates in front of my house. Public urination! Disgusting and inappropriate. There is a public bathroom four blocks away. Why come into a residential neighborhood where you deliver and urinate and (at another time) deficate in public. Plus using a Fluid Truck/Amazon. Amazon is lowering the bar on whom they hire as drivers. Doesnt make Fluid Truck look good either!!

        Fluid has left us feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated on multiple occasions. Unlike most rental services, they showed no flexibility or understanding for a simple booking error or minor drop off inspection policy misunderstandings. They refused to adjust the return time, forcing us into a situation where we had to pay double the amount for the final day. Despite any technological strengths, their display of greediness or failure to foster trust and accommodate basic customer needs overshadows any positive aspects of their service.

        Renting from this company has been a total disaster. After driving an hour to pick up the cargo van, we were greeted by a strange odor and the unsettling sound of water sloshing around inside. The cargo was not cleaned prior either. Communication through the app was a nightmare, and promises of assistance went unfulfilled by several customer service agents. Our situation went from bad to worse when heavy rain revealed a leaky roof, causing our merchandise to be ruined. Despite assurances of a replacement, none materialized, leaving us stranded and frustrated. They wanted us to drive another 70 miles to replace the truck when they offered to send a replacement and never materialized. The lack of quality control and ineffective customer service is inexcusable. This experience has left us with no desire to ever deal with this company again. Complete waste of time. PS: Report your bad experiences with the Better Business Bureau.
