Easy to schedule. They were able to get the dead tree in our yard down within two weeks after we got an estimate and the work was done quickly. If we ever have another dead tree we will use them again!

They have maintained and removed trees from multiple locations for us and we have been highly satisified every time. Highly recommend!

I should start by saying we're happy with the initial work DLC provided, hence the 2 stars. However, they didn't complete all the work and we thought they would be back over the next day or two. We immediately received an invoice for all the work. After many attempts to get a hold of the right person at DLC to let them know of the incomplete work, I finally received a call back (2 weeks later?) and was told they would be out to complete the work... removal of a large limb and stump grinding, both in the front yard. On the day DLC returned to complete the work we came home to find the 1 ton+ stump grinder overturned on its side in the back yard. Note that we did not request any stump grinding in the back yard. It took 3 days for DLC to remove the stump grinder resulting in the lower part of a fence being dislodged and an area of grass being damaged. There was absolutely no communication from DLC regarding the mishap and the resulting damage, even after we called again and were told that someone would be out to fix the damage. Over a month later and still no communication or repairs.
