Chanel Heavy Duty Towing

Please do yourself a favor and call another towing company unless you just have money to burn. I had an embarrassing little accident and somehow ran over the only little pole in the middle of a parking lot. I have enough experience working on cars and off-roading to know that a single flatbed could lift up my front end and pull my truck free. But somehow Chanel thought that was worth $550 (even though I was only a couple blocks away from their location). They probably assumed I was stupid enough to pay any amount in my predicament. So I called another company (check my reviews for the info) and, just as I thought, they came out with a single flatbed and had me free within 20 minutes. Best of all they only charged me $100! So, do the math; Chanel was 5.5 times higher than their competitor.

This company does not run thier own trucks, they are over priced and contract out the work to other companies. Would never recommend this crooked company
