I waited 2.5 hours for a tow truck that did not come, I was given a wait time of 60-90 minutes and then had to fight for a refund/no cancellation fee. I had to call the company numerous times to check on the ETA after my 90 minutes had passed, finally the dispatcher told me they couldn't get ahold of the tow truck driver.
I called a different company and they came in 20 minutes. Don't waste your time or money here.
