      Hi Chris, I’m sorry to hear that the battery you purchased from us didn’t work and I understand your frustration. If you would like to give us a call and speak with a manager, we will be happy to discuss the issue further. Due to the nature of our products and things out of our control once products leave the store, we do have a no return policy as displayed on your receipt and around the store. However, we are reasonable people and if it's something you bought in the last day or two, we will do our best to make it right and have you up and running with a battery.
