After a long road trip and many potholes, they checked out my car and adjusted the alignment. All under warranty and on short notice. Great service.

I ordered my tires 2 weeks ago and made an appointment for 8:30 this morning. It took your staff 5 HOURS to inform me that they didnt have the tires I ordered. 5 HOURS! Just to inform me! Now Ive been here for 6 hours! 6 hours on my day off. Imagine spending 6 hours on your day off running one errand. This is completely unacceptable.

Came to get my car inspected on Friday and Steve said they don't do walk ins so he made me an appointment for Tuesday. I came back here today, on Tuesday and the same guy Steve, said there's no appointment. I'm like bro, you booked the appointment how are you gonna say it's not there? terrible customer service

Can I just say I love this place... I moved here almost four years ago and it's always been my go-to spot. My first month here I had a leak in my tire (first month away from my family where my dad or step dad would have been the ones to help me). I brought it in and they fixed it free of charge. Ever since then I have come back and every time they are so friendly, help me at a moments notice and I leave here feeling safer as a result. These guys are top notch and probably don't have to be this nice considering the work needs to get done regardless...but their friendly and responsive customer service is what makes me come to them first each and every time. 10/10 with this place!! Thanks for going above and beyond :)

I have been taking my car to these guys for about 10 years. They do a great job and always treat me right. John, the store manager is always helpful and does everything he can to make it a great experience.
