Good shop, good prices, good people. Not your typical shop; a humble family owned place. Fransisco is great.

I can't believe I'm writing this.... but, this shop managed to lose two of my tires during a routine service. I brought my car in November 2022 to have my all-season tires removed and snow tires installed. My snow tires were overinflated, and a couple valve caps were missing, so after correcting the pressure and retrieving the valve caps from the shop, I had to go to another appointment so I just closed my trunk, and when I did, I noted that it looked like I had more space in there than when I arrived. I was in a rush and didnt give a second thought that maybe they didnt put all my tires back into the car. The next day, I went to store my all-season tires and noticed two of them were missing. I immediately called the shop to ask them to hold them so I could pick them up the following day. Somehow, my tires disappeared from the shop in less than 12 hours. Francisco said he'd find me a match and he'd give them to me for free, but the tires he offered weren't a match (which is necessary since I have an AWD vehicle). I told him to take his time searching for an exact match but, after several months of going back-and-forth, I realized he wasn't going to be able to find a match so I just asked him to refund the $110 I paid for the service so I could use it to purchase two matching used tires. He confirmed he couldnt find two matching tires, but offered to give me four similar used tires in lieu of giving me a refund. I obliged and he said he'd let me know when he found some that were the right size. I have texted Francisco the past couple months and never received a response so, I had to find two matching used tires with similar tread depth on eBay which cost me $160. I dont believe the shop intentionally lost my tires but, nonetheless, this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a tire store. Its also the highest price Ive ever paid to switch out my tires. To compare, I just had my snow tires swapped for my all-season tires at Big-O and it cost $100. So, I feel I need to warn consumers that F&F Tires is overpriced and provides really bad service. If I wouldve gone to a reputable business, I wouldve saved about $170, and lots of time and grief.

Was in and out in about 10 minutes for a screw in my tire. Fast service and a great price, recommend that you stop in and check them out for yourself.
