    Changing my original review. Came in for an alignment and after the job was done the car still pulled to the right heavily, came back to get that fixed. The staff said they dont know how that happened, now after the second attempt my car still pulls to one direction. Safe to say Im not going to go get another alignment here.

    For years I'd heard great things about Elder Auto so when I needed some repairs, I price checked a few places and I went to them over another shop for ~5 repairs. After the repairs, I got my oil changed and they noted an issue with the recent repair. I brought it back and they said it was fine. The next oil change I got the same report and brought it back to Elder's and asked them to show me, sure enough there was an issue. It was thankfully still under warranty, so they scheduled me to get it fixed. Near the end of the day on the re-repair, I hadn't heard from them and called to check in. They hadn't gotten to my car early enough in the day so said they would have to keep it. OVER THE WEEKEND. It would have been fine if we had planned for this but I needed it that weekend so I had them put it back together and brought it in AGAIN. I then had to bring it back 3 ADDITIONAL times for multiple issues- a dust cover not seated properly and the worst- a brake caliper not reattached. Thank goodness I noticed right away and wasn't driving through the mountains without a brake. Multiple times when I showed up for a second appointment, they didn't know I was coming, despite me talking to the manager and scheduling an appointment. Each time I was responsible to get to and fro, had to skip work and had to insist they do the repair properly. Yes a misplaced dust cover isn't a huge deal but over time, it does cause issues and I believe a service should be done properly and that I shouldn't have to convince someone to do things properly. They did apologize each time and in the end the repair was made, but I have never had such a bad experience and I highly recommend you save yourself time and energy and go somewhere that will do the repair right the first, second, third or fourth time. I don't like to leave bad reviews but think everyone should be warned of the unacceptable experience I had.
