Extremely disappointed in the craftsmanship (or honestly lack there of) and how my remodel turned out. Would NOT recommend or use again. Not only are tile cuts not straight, our tile extends into the hallway so you see it when the door is shut (after replacing our carpet and provided plenty extra to work with), shower pan has low spots that causes pooling, none of the tile looks straight.... entire process and final outcome was disappointing at best. We have been doing a remodel on our condo and were very fortunate to meet Cesar. This is my husband and I’s first home and we had completely gutted the place ourselves. We quickly realized after the fact that we did not have enough knowledge to do what we had intended to do ourselves. We were fortunate to have met Cesar at our home for a quote and he took his time and walked us through every step. Initially, he did all the framing and his price was reasonable considering his expertise. We then had him quote us for drywall, bathroom remodel, texture and paint....Cesar is now like a favorite uncle to us. He has honored our agreements, does high quality work and has been very patient with us not knowing what we’re doing or talking about. He is there every morning, communicates very well and simply put... does an amazing job! To conclude, Cesar is and will always be a part of our family... I would trust him with my kids; and not to mention, he is hilarious! I would recommend him to all of my friends and family! We need more contractors like him in this world.

Do you enjoy getting the run around? Do you like when someone promises to send you their proof of insurance/contractor license but never actually does? If so then this is the man for you.
I wanted to like Cesar. He came out and gave me a quote and seemed to know what he was talking about. He told me he would send me his proof of insurance and contractor registration number for a week. When I followed up with him today he told me that if I didn't trust him then I should find someone else to do the work. Wasted a lot of my time.
Very shady. Stay away.
