We joined Dependable Business Services in mid November 2019. Just in the few months we’ve been using their services we’ve seen an increase in the number of meetings.
Before, my team would be so busy that we couldn’t really answer the phone. Dependable Business Services provides us the opportunity to fill our schedule while not taking time away to answer tedious calls. I’m sure I speak for my entire team when I say we are so blessed to have them as our answering service. We also bought some custom made business cards from them also and they turned out fabulous.
Thomas, thank you for understanding how a small business should flow and being able to fit us into a plan that suits us just perfect!
Once we get in our new office, we’ll definitely take you up on the security system offer! We won’t forget! It’ll just be a few more months!

I was asked to leave an honest review about this place.
I joined up with Dependable Answering about 2 years ago. And to be honest. There have been some bumps along the way. But remaining honest, the staff works really hard to resolve any issues quickly.
I have watched Thomas grow this company from a few small clients, to seeing his ads running on my local tv station here in Frisco, Colorado.
Thomas you are truly a great businessman. And I am sure whomever taught you how to run a business would be proud young man.
I will continue to use this Answering Service for my business as it truly allows me to focus on running my team.
As for the "Online Dashboard" I personally am a bit outdated when it comes to using fancy softwares, etc. I do however get my messages sent to my email. They do have a feature to have the messages sent to a mobile phone, but I guess that depends on your preference. I get too many messages to send to my mobile phone.

I have been using this service for about 8 months now. Since signing up it has been such a breeze. They people who answer my calls are always friendly. I get my messages texted to my phone. Thomas is really nice and helps with whatever you need him to. I asked a million questions and he took the time to explain it to me. THANK YOU so much for allowing me to focus on my business more now that I dont have to answer those calls. :) I would defintely reccommend you at least try them out.
