DO NOT USE CENTURY LINK. terrible customer service. If you NEED service, you will be out of luck. Cannot make contact with a human, for starters.

Stay away. Line in the alley has gone down 3 times. All because they havent secured it properly. Wait time is one full week to get it repaired. Comcast is no angel but they dont make you wait a week at least.
