        I dropped off my tax materials and did not hear from anyone for two weeks. Once I finally talked to someone, it was very difficult to understand his heavy accent as well as the receptionist 's who initially told me she couldn't find any of my papers.

        Avoid this office like the plague, I paid for their tax preparation services in office only to have them take an additional $225 out of my returns billed as "tax prep fees" when I returned to file a dispute neither the attending tax preparer or their district manager knew how to help me.
