I used them a few years ago and they were excellent. This year has been horrible trying to work with them. Their communication is awful, Jimmy himself jumped on the phone was rude, told me not to ask questions and said he would call me back on Monday well it's Friday now and no word. I never write bad reviews but these guys deserved this one.

Jimmy has a guy named Derek answering the phone. He does a good job and is always very polite. I truly appreciate it

RUN! This was absolutely the worst experience I have had with a CPA. I provided all of the required information yet when I received my taxes back to review ALL of the information was incorrect. When asked where all of the discrepancies came from Jimmie said "Oh well you didn't provide us with any info for your business so we just put numbers in" That should have been my first sign to run but my business partner told me to have faith and that he had always done a great job taking care of her. Second red flag for me was finding out that after being told Jimmie personally would take care of my stuff he passed all of my info off to a stranger and my taxes were once again sent to me all messed up. THEN after weeks of trying to contact anyone about this, their office FORCED to file an extension because Jimmie was "gone" and apparently no one else was capable of fixing things properly by the filing date. Then as soon as I paid the atrociously high fee I was charged all communication stopped. They stopped replying to my communications in October when I was facing concerns as to whether my taxes had actually been filed or not. THEY STILL SHOW NOTHING FOR 2019 on the IRS website and I cant get any answers as to why. So after paying a lot of money for the biggest headache of my life I am now going to have to deal with the IRS myself because this business is a JOKE. I've now not received two stimulus payments losing thousands of dollars that could help my family because Jimmies carelessness and the fact that my taxes seem to be no where to be found.
