Drove 45+ minutes to pick up prescription glasses the day they called, stating hours would be open until 9:00pm. Arrived at 4:00pm to a sign on the door stating we will return at 5:00pm. Waited at the door until near 6:00pm with no employee showing up. Called their listed phone number several times, along with the phone number they called my phone from. Very unprofessional move and will never give this location business in the future.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the customer service and professionalism I received from Kailyn! From the moment I walked in She made sure to check in with me, although she was already helping a different customer. She was so very sweet and kind kind and help explained several questions I had regarding my cracked sunglass And the process of the replacement. She is very personable, very easy to get along with And very much represented the company to high standards. 10/10 highly recommend going to Kailyn With any Ray-Ban needs!
