Kentucky Circle Village

Kentucky Circle Village/KCV is an independent living community for seniors, age 62 and older. Nice spectrum of residents with an experienced executive director who is always finding ways for us to have more fun in our lives. Safe because we have both Security and Neighborhood Watch residents who look out for everyone. Access to our own inner walking trail - and our walking group led by Maria - that keeps us off the busy streets. Beautiful grounds. Our residents are always looking for better ideas to live and thrive. Convenient location near Cherry Creek Shopping Center, Cherry Creek Trail for walking/bike riding. Whole Foods, King Soopers, Target, Starbucks, Natural Grocers, Sprouts, and variety of restaurants and fast food nearby. We do have our own bus service to several of these places. Virginia Village Library is a mile away. Glendale Sports Center is in walking distance with exercise equipment, weights, programs, classes. Residents tend to several community summer flower gardens. We have our own indoor exercise room with equipment, pool table. If you enjoy being useful and would like to do some volunteering, the sky's the limit. Our bus makes several trips a week to nearby grocery stores. Trips to Rockies and Broncos games. Our highly personable and experienced Maintenance staff is very responsive and handles issues promptly. Our kitchen is leased to a wonderful catering company Good Foods, who prepares healthy, delicious lunches and holiday parties.

Only reason they don't get 5 stars is the parking, otherwise this place is great!
