The corporate office and the locations management are wonderful to talk too. Though for the second time their employees find it appropriate to blatantly lie and make up false policy accusations. Therefore, some of their employees are disrespectful to the consumer and represent the brands image negatively. If they were my employees I would have them terminated due to defamation. So far two of their current employees are disrespecting the consumer and tainting companies brand image. Their employees believe it is acceptable to make up their own policies and lie to the PAYING customer/consumer.

The Sam Edelman boots I purchased were extremely uncomfortable and cheaply made. Since I paid with cash and did not have a receipt, I was directed to deal directly with SamEdelman.com. They are extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. If I was Famous Footwear I would reconsider my partnership with such an awful vendor, as there is nowhere to hold them accountable I have no choice to leave this 1 star review for the retailer that originally got me mixed up with this trash vendor.

Really helpful. Almost bought 2 different sizes. Becayse i did not look at both shoe sizes in the box.
