I bought some booties before Christmas, they weren't even my number, it was just to secure other booties in another color that would arrive in a couple of days. It was on December 20th I wanted them for the 24th, today it's been more than a month and they still haven't arrived. I went to return it and I had to fight with them. They didn't want to give me my money back. Terrible store, pure resale, even though they guaranteed me that they would arrive in a couple of days. They tell you lies to make the sale and then they don't want to respond. Terrible service.

I called there to find out about cowboy hats and the woman didn't speak English said nobody spoke English and hung up on me avoid this place like the plague. If they can't even answer a question in English this is America, and most people do speak English if you want to do business in America then learn English
