The Knife Guys

I'm sorry, but these guys come out to my work and sharpen all blades etc in the kitchen. At first I was ok w that. Come to find out, they use a grinder and have absolutely ruined a few of my knives overtime including a $300 Wustof and a spyderco folder. Basically, they just keep grinding away until eventually the knife is misshapen. They'll just keep grinding serrateds until there are no more. They still come in, but most of our staff keeps there personal knives away from them. We call them "The Knife Destroyers". I'd add photos but my knife bag is at work. Such a shame, I showed out head Chef and he bought me a new knife. No idea why he still let's them in the door. The way I see it, you guys owe me a Wusthof 8" Chef knife w/ blackwood handle...unbelievably disappointed

Don't know how they did it, but my knives are all duller!!! Stay away.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A real delight and tons of really cool stuff!!! A lot more than knives!
