        Not the worst property I have seen. The location is quite sketchy, lots of homeless people. Alleyway next to the property is where you will find a homeless population. I drove by recently and those sofa with people sleeping on in the alley. There is a loading dock with no ramp, which makes loading and unloading very difficult.

        This storage space served its purpose well. Convenient location with parking. Locks and boxes available. Elevator on floor 3 had occasional issues. Bathrooms and stairs accessible. Lack of entrance ramp made unloading a bit challenging, but overall, it met my temporary storage needs without major complaints.

        Listed as having 24 hr access on several websites and even on some other folks' reviews... This is NOT the case however. Access hours are 9am to 6pm I believe. Closed holidays. Other than that not a bad place.
