        Then woman I spoke to over that phone today at 7:30 was rude and nasty over the phone. Now u am going to go there and handle herridness in person. I better get an apology or she os going get what she has coming to her.

        I wasn't made aware ahead of time that this was an "in-town" rental. I relocated two hours away and pretty much wasted $200 for the truck to sit until I could bring it back up. Guest services is short and snappy with you too. I've used Uhaul many of times and this was the worst experience.

        Everyone here is rude. General Manager completely ignorant, rude, and seemingly of very low intelligence, based on my experience. You would be well off to choose ANY other uhaul than this one. Hope this independent owner loses his partnership with uhaul with all of these garbage reviews under their belt. Every other uhaul I have ever been to has been FAR better.
