Someone from this company or whatever sent a mass text out to people without checking if the numbers were correct. There have been several people asking the group creator to make a new group without the wrong numbers. People are unable to remove themselves from the group and despite many asking them to stop, the texts persist. Some of these texts include personal information. Even after someone kindly provided instructions on how to solve this issue, it continues. One of the members is now mocking the person who tried to help, despite being a complete stranger. I would say that any company that allows this behavior to continue and refuses to fix/understand the issue perhaps shouldn’t be doing business with the public.
