Jimmy John's

My boyfriend and I decided to go out today for lunch as we weren't near home & both of us never had Jimmy John's before. We ordered and what seemed like not a minute later our sandwich's were ready for us. He commented saying, "That was fast!" I nodded in agreement and replied, "That's what I thought! Then I thought of the commercials." They were great tasting and belly filling. There are two closer to our house so we'll be going there from now on but this was a great first time experience!

Day old bread, no mayo and they messed up my girlfriends sandwich...for the second order in a row. Next time I'm going to go to the location and have the manager make my sandwich so he can do a quick tutorial for the staff.

I had never had problems with this location until my last two orders. The first issue was a few weeks ago. I ordered two sandwiches... both were totally wrong. I was up charged for my extras and got NONE of them. One of the sandwiches, which came with cheese, did not even have cheeses on it. I called to let the manager know his employees were not doing their jobs (Just as a heads up) and he told me my next sandwich was free. I told him that was not necessary, yet he insisted. I ordered again today... My mistake. No free sandwich and the girl taking my order decided what sandwich I wanted and changed the order. The sandwich had ingredients i do not like. Even removing them the sandwich tastes like them. The second sandwich had little to no mayo on it. Is this new management? Four years and no problems... I am no longer shopping here.
