This place is still arrogant and uncompromising, even under the new and supposedly better ownership. They will not price match Amazon, even though the difference was only $8. $8 is alot to someone who is underpaid for the Denver market but is not much for an established business in a prime location. Not to mention they are in an industry that has surged these last couple of years. I will not be shopping here again.

We purchased $336.39 worth of gear from this store. The initial visit was amazing or so we thought. When buying these items we expressed to the sales men that we were concerned about possibly not needing these items depending on a job opening, the salesman that we were working with proceeded to tell us that as long as we kept the original packaging and the items in new condition, the return policy was lenient. When calling today to verify that we could return these items, before driving thirty minuets to get there, we were told we could not.
Very disappointing. Dont take the sales reps by their word.
