These people are absolutely fantastic to work with. We needed a new roof, and their entire process from inspection to completion was smooth and effortless. They handled all the permits, dealt directly with our insurance, and did a fantastic job. Everyone that touched this project, whether it was office personnel or guys on the roof, was extremely courteous and easy to work with. Communication was top notch. Will definitely recommend and would use again! Bob

Amazing performance from start to finish in spite of the incredible heat of this summer. Quality work: roofing, venting, gutters, and painting was top notch. Total complex of 72 units accomplished in several weeks. The crew was considerate and careful with units and grounds. Clean up was flawless. Would strongly recommend LT Contracting. LR Contracting Inc did our roof years ago and they recently came out and did some minor repairs. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Crissa, Dave and Angel were all very helpful. We would highly recommend using them!

I am on the board of an association in iowa. I am an attorney of 14 years. I was an outspoken critic of this company from the start. If it seems to good to be true it always is. They made big promises from the start about how they could help us and how the insurance company isn't looking out for our best interest. American Family had looked at our HOA after the storm but said there wasn't any damage. We even had a local roofer represent us. Pilot and Sam inspected out property and said that there was damage. We were skeptical at best. 7 months later after working with LR Contracting not only did the insurance pay for new roofs and gutters but also repainted all our units. The work was done perfectly. It is refreshing to have someone talk big and back up what they say. We are all grateful for LR Contracting, Pilot, Sam, Scott, Angel and Lance. Yo guys are angels.
