This is an excellent company! Jamye was recommended State Farm after the hail in June and after talking to a couple of companies, it was clear this was the best one. By the time he came to my home, he had already looked at where the storm had hit the hardest and what was happening in my neighborhood. I didn't have to worry about all the details as Jamye took care of everything including additional damage that wasn't apparent initially. He made me aware of new things that needed to be completed to make sure everything was up code and oversaw the workers who were at my home. He personally ensured that every deails was taken care of. I am very impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, and communication via email and text to ensure the work was completed. This company is the best!

I used Jamye Woody for negotiations and repair for a hail damage claim on my house. Not only is Jamyes work solid, but his communication style helped me to understand the confusing dialogue between myself and State Farm Insurance. Jamye was an insurance claims adjuster for 21 years, so when my insurance adjuster came out to assess the damage, Jamye met them at my house and made sure they saw all of the damageeven window damage that the adjuster had missed. Because Jamye spoke the language, he knew how to take all the necessary steps to make sure my insurance paid for the roof, gutters, porch roof, and custom windows for an older house. This could have been very stressful, but Jamye handled it all for me. I cant recommend him enough. I can't recommend Jayme and his team high enough! They were great through the entire process! Jayme helped us with our claim, inspection, and roof repair. His team worked incredibly fast and did an amazing job. They were super thorough and cleaned up the yard even better than it was when they got there. They even went into our neighbors yard to make sure there weren't any errant nails etc. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
