    HORRIBLE experience!! We ordered a stainless steel countertop for our custom countertop in our kitchen. They delivered it to our home and it arrived with bad scratches everywhere (ones that you can't just buff out). Plus a crease, not sure if thats the best word, along the whole edge. We called immediately and told them. And then sent photos. This was Michael Ramaeker response and he said there is no manager above him: "I have received the email from Mr. Hanson and after reviewing the pictures would still say these are consistent with our regular production results. I was worried that something had happened during delivery that I was unaware of." So if you are considering a stainless steel countertop for your restaurant or home and you order one from them, know that the pictures that I posted are the way that it arrives (their words, not mine). UPDATE MARCH 7th in regards to their response: Nov 7th Denver Cutlery delivered counter - contractor calls Mike Ramaeker at Denver Cutlery (who according to Mike, he's the top at the company) to tell him it was all scratched up and send him photos - Mike emails contractor (I have the email) to tell him that he will help buff the scratches out on Nov 16th. - Mike bails and says that he is not coming up Nov 29th Mike emails me "This has not gone the direction any of us wanted. That part is clear. I assure you, Jeff and I are doing everything we can to rectify the situation." -Mike emails contractor and says "after reviewing the pictures would still say these are consistent with our regular production results" March 3rd: OVER THREE MONTHS later they reply to my review (see below) to say that they are sorry for the inconvenience and will refund and come pick it up?? March 6th: I emailed the company to give them my email and phone number. Still waiting. But it's of course already installed and we paid an experienced stainless steel counter company $900 to buff out the scratches. They did a good job but they couldn't get all of the scratches out. Besides that, it's already installed. So we can cook in our kitchen. It's easy to say you'll come get it three months later when you know it's of course already installed.

    Denver Cutlery is a well rounded company, been in business for many years. From design to New and Used equipment including installs. Refrigerator and Freezer units. Kitchen wares , Knives, blades, they have a tremendous knife sharpening department, in quick and out just as fast. Superb place to do business.
