I cannot speak highly enough of Derrick at Meta Talent. He raises the bar for all recruiters. Derrick not only found me on LinkedIn and asked me if he could submit my CV for a job that was near PERFECT for me -- when my resume was turned down by someone at the company, he reached out four months later when that person had moved on to put my resume directly in front of the CEO. He was super present every step of the way throughout a quite extensive interviewing process (five interviews!) and even now is still touching base to see how the position is progressing. Highly professional, proactive listener. Derrick helped us with a time sensitive staffing requirement for our retail shop. He assisted during the lifetime of the hiring process, checking in with us and the candidates throughout. Derrick actually picked up some key pain points from his conversations with our owner that we had not initially thought of and suggested on-the-spot, result-driven goals to help turn those pain points into opportunities. Provided additional assistance regarding HR documentation & state compliancy needs.
