Garrett is THE best! Having his knowledge every step of the way was invaluable. He gave us so many insights about short term rental properties, ran all of the pro-formas on houses we were considering, and went above and beyond in the closing process. PLUS he's hilarious and we literally had a blast meeting and texting with him. This will be the first of several investments we make with Garrett :)
