I would give 7 stars if possible! Brad was outstanding from the first handshake and phone call. I cannot more thankfully describe my interactions with him (and Christian) during all their help with purchasing my first home. He was so knowledgeable and kind, and listened to what I wanted in the property and the range I was comfortable with overall. Brad put so many of my worries to rest and explained each part of the intimidating process to make sure I understood what was going on the whole time. A true hero that helped me find my dream spot, I will forever be grateful for his expertise and efforts and cannot more highly recommend the team at Green Door Living Real Estate.

Turned a beautiful, tree-filled neighborhood into a high-density dumpster that is the rich, art-school architecture version of a 3rd world ghetto. Enjoy paying more money to live a lower quality of life in their development that is anything but green.

Brad and his Green Door Living team were a blessing for us, and helped us find the perfect house at the right price, in a hot market. We were not the easiest clients - very picky, looking in very high demand neighborhoods, living abroad at the time, etc... and Brad was very supportive, patient, and professional from beginning to end. We always felt he was on our side - he never rushed us into a purchase that wasn't perfect for us, just to close a deal - and he has a lot of perspective on the market, lenders, etc. Trust you're in good hands with Green Door Living!
