I have purchased 8 homes in my lifetime. This transaction has been, by far, the absolute worst experience of any of them. Unfortunately, being new to Denver and not having any real estate connections, I had to purchase my home hoping that the transaction and subsequent follow-up would be handled professionally and with my best interest at heart. Unfortunately, that was not and is not the case.

Best Experience, Holly is infallible and the service was exceptional! . Holly listened to exactly what we wanted and most importantly needed but she provided feedback with her extensive experitise. We didn't know what we would find and she made it seemless finding something that was perfect on our behalf. She was patient and so knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She didn't stop assisting us after the purchase, she continues to check-in, create rapport and we feel very loved and taken care of. She is the best!

Exemplary service. Steve is the consummate professional. Detail oriented, thorough, and thoughtful, Steve handled the sale of our home, and our constant questions, with grace and skill. He always had time for us and was super helpful on the myriad details, whether relating to the sale or not, that arose during the process. We moved out of state prior to putting our house on the market and Steve shoveled the snow, sent us our mail, changed batteries in the smoke detectors, changed light bulbs, shredded our files, had our sewer scoped, arranged for lawn service, delivered appliances and furniture that we had left to friends and neighbors, etc. We couldnt have left our home in better hands. Thanks Steve!
