Truly, my husband and I give him 5 stars! He negotiated where all parties ended up feeling good about the transaction. He reviewed each piece of paperwork carefully and caught errors that were not of his making. The seller needed to close in a hurry and we were all able to do so with Alex on top of everything. He remained calm when stress factors did appear and carried on to everyone's satisfaction. His manner is low key, professional, and caring for all parties concerned.

Alex, Is a good listener and observant to clients needs, he helps distinguish between needs and wants to stay within the budget, Alex is good at negotiating, I am a realtor in MT and will be referring clients him. This young man will follow through, says what he means and means what he says. He is the definition of integrity!

I was in contact with Alex when he sold my employers home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable & helpful throughout the process. Every detail was attended to for the Open House. I was impressed at how hard he worked to advertise the property for the Open House. Multiple offers were made and the property was under contract in 2 days. If you want results Alex is your guy!

Alex did an amazing job managing the sale of our home from start to finish. It was very quick and he handled everything for us. He scheduled all the work that needed to be done so that we could continue to focus on our own move, he set up a virtual closing which took minutes to complete, and stayed in contact with us every step of the way so we knew what was going on.
