Best Real Estate Agent Ever!!! I had some unexpected circumstances come up in my life and I hired Kevin from just one phone call. One of the best decisions of my life. Its a big leap of faith to sell your home without meeting your agent and all remote, but he successfully was able to get my property in showing condition and on the market fast. What I like about Kevin is he did not take the easy way out. We had many offers and some came with no risk and others came with a lot of risk. He was very clear on what the outcomes could be for each offer. We had a few hiccups along the way but were expected for a home sale. With a little luck and a lot of hard work from his team we closed at the highest offer. That being said I would hire him again in any type of market. Kevin and his team are amazing. My daughter was trying to sell a townhome that previously did not get much traffic. Kevin developed a marketing plan including some minor upgrades enhancing the property securing a full price offer within the first 10 days on the market. Kevin was very responsive, creative and had a plan for marketing the home. This facilitated the homes sale and assisted my daughter in locating and purchasing her new home.
