My husband and I just bought our first house and Tim was our realtor. We knew nothing about buying properties and didnt really even know what we were looking for. Tim was so patient with us, took the time to explain the process, and showed us a myriad of properties to better hone in on what we truly wanted. We are now all moved in and could not be happier. Tim is great realtor !! He isn't someone who just decided to "try real estate" on the weekends in his space time. He's fully engaged in the market, has many years of experience in Colorado, and has helped many buy/sell hundreds of properties. He's there to walk you through everything step by step so there are no surprises and in a timely matter. And AFTER you buy your new home, he's still there to help in anyway. He doesn't just disappear because he's made the deal. He's there for you throughout the entire process. Can't recommend him enough!!

Tim cares! I am a Flooring vendor. Tim treats his client's homes like it is his own home. He wants his client's to get the right products for thier budget so they can sell the home. Or if they are buying a house, products that will make the house their home. I highly recommend him for being your realtor! He really cares!
