Brian Grimm Sold our home recently. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge of the business. He guided us through the whole process from figuring out a sale price to the final closing. With each step he laid out what would happen and what our options were. His work helped us tremendously to have confidence that what we were doing was appropriate and would give us the best price possible. In the end the house sold quickly and there were no issues or problems with the sale at all. we are now purchasing a house in another state and our realtor here does not communicate much with us. I wish we had Brian here too!

Brian went above and beyond in every way of my wife and Is processes in moving to Denver. Excellent advice on the market events. Willingness to answer questions. We saw several houses and came away with the perfect home for our little family to grow in. It met every need we had.
